Quiet and huge capacity

I bought the washer/dryer set and installed them in laundry on 1st floor of house. They are so quiet I didn't hear them running when I sat in the room that shares a wall with the laundry. Love the light in the washer and the capacity blew me away, the drums are very deep. Used the steam refresh on the dryer this morning, it's great too!

What a great, sturdy machine. So quiet that I had to check that I had started it. Clothes clean, bright and almost dry! All plus and nothing negative. Don't even look for better - there is no better washer.

Item was delivered and would not work. have had to wait 7 days before a repair person can come out. Not stating out very well, hopefully this improves before I send the item back and buy different brand

Made my life easier

This washer was delivered on Feb 14th. Wow! Having this appliance has made my life so much easier when it comes to laundry. The steam cycle works fantastic as it removed grease and filth from my husband's work pants. I really like the speed wash too. The tub is so large I can strip our king size bedding (all of it) and include full size bedding and wash together (saving me valuable time.) It so quite too. I had an old GE front loader for the past 12 years. It was noisy. With this new washing machine, we don't even need to close the door to our utility room to watch tv. This appliance is so quite I often forget I'm actually washing clothes. Thanks to the men and women in Louisville Kentucky. Love this product!!!

A Big Disappointment

The first washer was replaced. The replacement machine had a bad bearing right out of the box and sounded like a jet taking off. Problems are continuing. The issue that currently exists is with the spin cycles. The load can be an average or large load. When the load attempts to spin, the clothes appear to be at the back of the drum. It recycles many times in its attempt to get past the issue. A 46 minute cycle can take as long as 90+ minutes to complete due to the recycling. When the drum starts hitting the sides of the body, it must be paused and the clothes redistributed. The redistribution of clothes may or may not correct the issue. If there are no clothes in the washer, the spin cycle works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Interface Board failed within hours of operation and locked our clothes in it for 4 days.
