A love/hate relationship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved everything about this phone. Everything. Then, it started rebooting on its own. Then, it got stuck in bootloop. Upon replacing the battery, the problem was remedied. Now, the microphone doesn't work, I hardly get any reception, and after a month of having the new battery, it is beginning to reboot on its own again. I really don't want to replace this phone...

I use to own the original flex. I really liked that phone. But i upgraded to the flex 2. All tho this phone has some great features and easy to use. I still miss the 6 inch display. I would give this phone 5 stars. But I had trouble with over-heating and some websites freezing. So I got a replacement.is is better but the smaller display effects my daily tasks. I would classify this phone a little higher than a mid range phone. Definitely not a premium smartphone. Still searching for a smartphone with a 6 inch display that has great battery life. So far nothing on sprint has these features.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
