Power, style and function all in one!

I've been using the G Flex 2 for about a month now and I have to say it's pretty fantastic. The screen has great viewing angles (a must-have for a curved display) and is clear and crisp. Being able to add a microSD card to expand onboard storage is quite a boost over some of this phone's competitors, and the battery life is all-day with medium brightness. The curve is comfortable to hold, and the back keys are right where your index finger wants to be. The camera is an upgraded verison of the G3's, so it takes great shots.
My only complaints are that the phone does get a bit warm during heavy usage due to the Snapdragon 810 processor, but it's never enough to be uncomfortable and never enough to feel with even a thin case on it. Performance is zippy anyways.
This phone is an astronomical improvement over the original G Flex, and with the more reasonable 5.5" screen and upgraded display, camera, and CPU, this is well worth the buy for anyone who wants a powerful phone that will catch people's eye and still gives microSD card support.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Quality, expandable storage

Amazing phone with a major flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE WITHOUT BUYING INSURANCE FOR IT!!!!!
When I first picked up my LG GFlex 2, I was amazed at all it had to offer. It has a great OLED screen (I'm a big fan of O-LED), great camera, great sound, amazing speed, and repeatedly impressed me. I really like the volume and power buttons' location. I've never accidently turned the screen on or the volume up/down and yet they are perfectly placed for convenience. The curved screen really immerses you in any video watched, but really seems like a gimmick. However, the curved design and slight flexibility make this the most comfortable phone I've ever used. It fits perfectly in my hand and is hardly noticeable in my pocket. You guys really hit a home run with your out-of-the-box thinking. Sadly, after 10 months of use, this phone is now useless. While using it with a full charge, it just turned off. When I try to turn it back on, I get no further than the LG boot up screen, then it powers off again. Only once have I been able to get to the unlock screen since this issue started, but it immediately shut off (and the battery was full). I've done research online, talked to my tech guru friends, and tried a lot of my own methods, but it seems that nothing can save this phone. I didn't have insurance and all the shops tell me to just throw it away. It is very disappointing that such a great phone could have such a major flaw. I'm not alone with this issue either. I've seen numerous reports of LG's phones having this exact same problem, mainly with the G3 and G4, but also many others.
I would love to buy another of this same model, but simply can't afford to replace it every year (or more frequently).
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE WITHOUT BUYING INSURANCE FOR IT!
As a note to the people at LG: If this issue can be solved, either on my end or manufacturing, I would love to know. You have made a great product and I would love to see a Flex 3 in the future; but please solve the infamous "boot loop" before moving forward. Also, I know it's in the name "FLEX" but I was weary of buying a curved phone for fear that I would break it. You should really advertise the flexibility, durability, and ergonomic shape more than the curved screen gimmick. It just makes sense for phones to be more like this one, but no one will think so without proper advertising.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using the G Flex2 H950 for a week and I love it! I only wish I could put the G Flex crescent moon screensaver on it, but hey. It does get quite warm when charging but it doesn't seem to be an issue. Great that it accepts a micro SD card for all my photos. Speaking of photos, image quality is sharp even in low light. Display image is also very sharp & crisp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it over a year now, but started using it 6 months ago, the battery drains quickly,it started over heating , some months ago it started restarting on its own and presently I can't even use it without it charging it at the same time, even while using it as it's charging it still restarts. At the moment its just booting and stops at the lg logo
Pros: Features/Settings

Best phone I've ever owned!!!

The only negative on this phone is the built in battery. Love love love the curve of this phone. The power button and the volume keys on the back of the phone make it much easier to use, and I love the super sleek clean look. I'm on my third phone in 2 years, and I would never get rid of this phone if I didn't have to. The battery lasts about a year then it just dies, and since the battery is built in the whole phone has to be replaced. The last replacement, I was upgraded to the G4, which is almost identical, but has a removable battery. Highly recommend this phone, and hope LG keeps putting out the curved phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 15 months ago and has been doing very fine until it suddenly packed up without my being able to figure out the reason or cause.
Occasionally very hot and followed by some degree of stickiness. otherwise a nice phone. The occasional slow down make it uncomfortable to work with at critical times,

Great phone...

Great Phone, Great Features, Better Chipset than the V10 or G4. Camera is excellent. Except that It won't save edited photo's. Has something to do with Google Plus perhaps...But it's an issue. The only serious issue i"ve seen. My wifes V10 Has the EXACT same issue. Can't save edited pics either. People online have been talking about this issue since 2013. Amazing it still exists on the newer phones. What I have found is that if I download a different photo program, I can edit in it as long as Google Plus isn't installed.
