Best phone I have ever owned

This is a phone that has so many features that I have still probably not uncovered all of them in the 1-1/2 years I have owned it. Love the large screen, great display and ease of moving from feature to feature. Like any new device there is a learning curve but this is all part of the fun in learning all the amazing features.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, large screen, great battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I moved from an I-phone to my new Samsung. I do more with this phone than I have ever done with my previous phones. I would have given a higher score on performance but I've already had to exchange my phone as it started acting up right away, which I guess is a good thing. I got it switched out with no issues.

This phone has great features

The features that I like the most is the action memo, scrapbook, s voice, and the fact that I can see my e-mails without going to my computer to get them from all three of my accounts.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: no finger print sercuity

The phone was great (5 stars) for the first 14 months. After that I have had major problems. The phone continually locks up, closes apps, service is now horrible, and other issues.
Can't believe there is nothing anyone can do to get it back to the way it was.
