The Note 3 is a fully functional phone that allows you the use of the pen which if you do a lot of business related work is a huge plus. Another great feature is it allow you to use hand gestures and hands free mode.

I have been using cell phones since the banana phone. My first SIM was a Cingular 8MB SIM.
I've been through Windows, Apple and Android and will continue to use Android devices for the foreseeable future.

I use this for work, play (Audio Mixing, Netflix, Spotify, Games, and Youtube) and app testing. Great sound quality and screen .
The battery life could be better. However, since upgrading to the Anker 6400mAh Extended Battery, I have had better life than any other device I've owned.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Like having a mini computer with you at all times. Includes a stylus that makes note taking very easy.

So, I had a bad experience with getting this phone. I received one...it was damaged - speaker broken inside earpiece. Sent it back. Got another one, screen was defective. Uggg. Sent it back. Third phone was a charm. Price was outrageous. However, it is an investment in yourself. So many things you can do with it, so fast, reliable, good battery life. I would recommend this to anyone. It would be better to purchase it direct at the store location so you can test it before you leave. I got mine through my company and it was a struggle to go through the process.
