I would never have thought I like a samsung phone until I bought the galaxy note 3. Wow not only everything I was looking for but more. Every day I find new things the phone is capable of. Keep up the good work.

I'm coming from the Note II and honestly didn't expect much of an upgrade, but I was proved wrong. There isn't one big feature, but a lot of little refinements that make this device an awesome upgrade. The S-Pen functionality and integration has gotten a lot better, it feels premium when you hold it, the camera is great and it looks presidential. When you pull your Note 3 out no one is asking if it's the S4 or some other phone, they either know it's the Note 3 or that it's something new.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

I was very impressed with the Note 2 but not the Galaxy S3 or S4. The Note 3 though, is the best Samsung device I have ever used though.
It has multiple functions that are perfect for beginners and even a setting to make the device even easier to learn and use.
The display size is great for anything you want to see or do with the device and the S Pen makes using it easy for those that want precision.
The processing power is also amazing. I have not used my Laptop in a month because this Note 3 is always on me and can do pretty much anything I have had to do recently.
The only issue I have with it may be a fluke. I was using it to provide Internet for 4 other devices, talk on a headset, send texts, upload pictures, and download files all at the same time and it overheated resulting in my screen cracking and the S Pen came out with half of the outer sheath left inside the device itself.
I think it overheated because of the issues with the charger and am waiting to hear back from Samsung about the issue.

I no longer need a laptop. ..I do all my banking, fb, research, etc. On my notebook. It's convenient, fast and easy!

Bad charger/ charging port

It was working fine for 3 weeks until the error stated to use my original charger to charge faster. I was using only the original charger. Eventually the phone stopped charging at all. I got the battery and a new charger replaced. The phone again worked for a few weeks and same problem. The error message was that I needed to use the original charger to charge faster. It would still charge but over time slowly and then not at all.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

low signal keeps you from using

I know a lot of people who have this phone including me. I have gone through 2 phones and still low or no signal strength. Other phone have full bars the note between 0 and 2. very dissatisfied with the phone features. I can stand next to someone with any other phone on the same network and when they send a text. nothing, they call and it goes straight to voice mail and I don't get a notice for hours.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, signal issues
