Bloatware and poor button placement

Although the hardware is overall very good ( especially the screen size), The Galaxy Note 3 still suffers from having a lot of unnecessary software that also takes up a large portion of memory. Buttons are less intuitive for me considering that I originally used a Galaxy S4 and I usually have to tap around before I can hit the back button. A lot of my original applications from the S4 crash very frequently on my Note 3.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, taking pictures are better, easy to add sim cards and replace battery
Cons: Did not meet expectations, frequent software crashes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Phone, Software is wonderful and the way its battery power is so long I can use it all the time.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Too big

I enjoy everything on my phone. I have tried other brands but nothing I have used ever exceeded my Samsung. I can't wait for my up grade so I can get my note edge.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Replacement phone

I've owned a Note 3 since it was released. I love it. This Note 3 is a replacement for my old Note 3 which I cracked the screen. This new phone is awesome. It's faster, doesn't crash and the battery lasts a lot longer. I am elated that the sound on this new phone is clearer than the old.
I am discovering all of the cool things and services that is offered by Google which work flawlessly on this android phone. I don't use the stylus very often but it is amazing what it can do.
I do you use several remote control apps which is a great feature.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, size is perfect
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has problems for me

This phone was great for a long time. Then the operating system was (upgraded). I can't hear or talk during phone calls unless I am on speakerphone. I can't use hands free as the phone can't hear what I say. I can't record my voice for the same reason and the recordings I made have no sound when played back. My map program can't talk to me with directions. Music will not play sound either. It's been over a month since my service provider said they were working on a fix for this. My patience is wearing thin and I am about ready to look for another brand of phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
