Best Android Device Ever!!

Wow, what a perfect device. Screen is amazing, phone is amazingly fast, and the phone operates brilliantly with ICS. This device out does the competition by miles. Its what Android should have been a long time ago, but I'm glad its here now. I will be able to keep this device for at least a year or more due to being supported directly by Google, so updates will come to this device first, yes!
I've had my Galaxy Nexus over a month now and I have to say this is the best Mobile Device I have ever used. Everything from the the design to the operating system is a pleasure to use! It's easy to use and never hesitates to run any application or process. The Screen: The resolution and clarity on the AMOLED display is unbelievable! There has been complaints about grainy resolution when viewing the screen with low brightness but I have yet to test this... I have mine set around 60% brightness and it is nothing by Eye-Candy! The shear size of the display is amazing as well! Texting, Emailing, watching videos and surfing the internet is very fluid and easy to do with a display this size! The capability of the touch interface is top notch as well. The Camera: The camera does a pretty good job all around. My previous phone, Droid X, was a 8mp and the Galaxy Nexus takes way better pictures. Low light conditions prove to be challenging though... The LED flash system is very bright and causes the pictures to look blown out... Not using the LED flash will cause the pictures to look grainy. However, in normal conditions the pictures look amazing! Taking videos with the Galaxy Nexus are superb! The Panorama feature is pretty cool too and looks great on Widescreen displays! Sound Quality: The sound quality is pretty good as well although I've notice some weird degradation in the earpiece during calls. Having the phone volume up all the way can cause the speaker to reverberate too much and cause it to have a static like distortion. Turning the volume to 80% seems to fix this and there is no loss of clarity. I also have not dropped one call yet on this phone. LTE: The LTE antenna does an amazing Job! I'm located in Tallahassee, FL. and I get around 15mb down and 9mb up! It was pretty shocking to see those numbers knowing that my home ISP connection is 7mb faster on the up side but 4mb slower on the down side... Amazing! Warning!!! If you leave your LTE antenna on indefinitely, it will drain the battery within 4 hours (maybe a little longer). I highly recommend you either use your LTE connection when you need it (enable/disable the LTE antenna in the settings) or buy the expanded battery. The OS: Ice Cream Sandwich is the best mobile operating system I have ever used. I own several apple devices (I have also had windows devices in the past as well) and ICS is a huge leap forward! The swipe features for eliminating notifications or killing applications is brilliant! No more using task killers or going into you settings and ending the programs. The look and feel of ICS is pure genius! Not having the added bloatware themes added on by the mobile manufactures is an added bonus. Having a pure untouched OS on a phone is smooth and efficient. Wrap Up: If you are looking for a new device this is the one to get. It may be lacking in certain areas but It makes up for them in all others and then some! This is the phone that will set the standard for all phones in 2012!
Cons: not many accessories provided through my carrier
I would recommend this to a friend!

this phone overall is great, excellent screen and features, light weight so might withstand a drop better, screen is not a finger print magnet, and is fast, however the Volume remains an issue, the ringer and notification volume even at max limit remain too low, you can easily miss a call or an alarm, this issue must be fixed ASAP by Samsung.
This product is good. I really love it. Will using it for a couple year.

Replaced my Blackberry (may the company R.I.P.) with the Nexus and am very happy with it. Unfortunately, I dropped it after the 2nd day before my protective case arrived. The protective case by Diztronic is perfect and you can no longer see the small dent on the front edge. I was surprised how easily the edge dents since the drop was only about a foot.
In any event, took some time to get up to speed and used to the size but I love this phone now. The screen and overall design are beautiful. Only limitation is the battery life..
You can't go wrong with buying a Nexus phone. My experience has been great with the phone and I can easily say this is the best android device I've ever owned. Yes I wish Samsung would have improved the optics of the camera, the SGII image sensor is better and yes I would also like to see a better design for the external speaker but overall the phone is powerful and just works.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: speakerphone isn't as good as it should be
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was looking for a phone that would work without a cell plan. (The closest cell tower is 30 minutes away.) So far, everything has worked perfectly.
I have it send and receiving SIP calls. Eveything is as advertised.
