Door won’t stay closed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve made sure the magnetic strip is clean and it’s definitely not damaged in anyway but the door doesn’t pull closed tightly and after 20-3 minutes, the warning beep starts sounding. We have to keep a large pillow propped against the door to keep it closed. Very frustrating!

If your doors will not close properly, there may be a couple of reasons. First, there may be obstructions preventing the door from fully closing. Shift any bottles or cans that may be preventing the door from closing properly. Additionally, your appliance may not be level, especially if it rocks on the floor when moved slightly. This condition may force the cabinet out of the square and misalign the door. Ensure that the unit is on a level floor that is solid and can adequately support the weight of the appliance. Make sure the unit is sitting solidly on all corners. Refer to “Leveling’ in the “Installation” section of the Use and Care Guide for more information. Not defrosting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My model ffbc4622qs-1 is not defrosting, created a big wall of ice on the back wall, had to take it outside an let it thaw. Is this normal?

Nice Fridge- Don’t set too low of temp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice drink fridge. It looks great, and fits all your drinks you could need.
My one criticism is if you set the temp in the mid 30s you will find that it gets below freezing in the back of the fridge and may explode your canned drinks. Set around 39° and you should be good.

Looks great under my cabinets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit about a year. Bought it when I built my home. All my appliances are frigidaire so I wanted the same brand beverage cooler. It will not cool below 40 deg it's not froze up and gasket is good so it's definitely not worth the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blake clark, thank you for sharing your beverage cooler experience with us. My first thought would be for you to check the gasket with a dollar bill: place a dollar bill between the body of the refrigerator or freezer and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance, but you stated the gasket seal is good. My second thought is to check and see it the condenser is dirty. A dirty condenser blocks air that dissipates the heat that the condenser removes from the unit. Cleaning the condenser may be necessary, more if you have animals in the house. Display not lit

I bought this a week ago. It was delivered and set up. Cooled off nicely, however the temperature display does not light. I had to put a separate thermometer in it to check the temperature.
I would recommend this to a friend!
