Pros & Cons of the LG Mytouch

Pros:
Super fast
No freezing up
Great Sound
Ease of uploading and downloading items
Battery life is pretty good for such a high powered device
No flash is needed because the camera is really that great.

Cons:
Cannot fully delete apps from device which were already stored on it by the company
When receiving MMS picture quality is terrible due to compression (however MMS being sent and the camera in general is AWESOME)
Missing the LED light and the Rolly ball from the original MyTouch. You can do without the rolly ball but its difficult to know you have a notification without the led light.
Hard to find device driver for PCs

After having the first generation mytouch for 3 years I was definitely ready for a new phone. While I am disappointed that the photos I receive in messenging look terrible (tested it with five other devices at the store, it is specifically a LG MyTouch defect that is in all of the phones), everything else about this phone is great. While there are old features I miss none of them are anything too much to complain about. I love this phone!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

Harware Master reset

I have tried for over 40 minutes to reset this phone with the hardware and it is impossible. If there is ever a software update, please make this easier. I am locked out of my phone and it has NEVER been this hard to reset a phone in my life!!!!!

No Wi-Fi connection

I am now on my third My Touch and still have no wi-fi connection. I called T-mobile and they just said to take it back and try another one because "some work and some do not".
This is a nice phone and I would like to keep it but useless without wi-fi.

I recently upgraded to the myTouch black and I must say this phone is absolutely fantastic. Although I must share my inconvenient experience with my first one I purchased. I had to return the first one I purchsed because the screen would just blank out and I wasn't able to do anything and this was two days after I purchased it but I exchanged it for another one and it has been doing great. I recommend this phone to anyone who wants to be up on the latest smart phone community!!
