Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as this arrived I had to use it. Because this is an iron larger then my old iron I thought it would feel too heavy. What a surprise! The iron was a breeze to use. Did a far better job then my previous iron. I love the retractable cord feature and also able to adjust the amount of steam. Love this iron

Good basic iron

I will say though that upon opening the box, reading the instructions, there was this odd rubber piece dangling from the top of the iron. No where in the instructions or photos did I see what this was ??? Odd. I almost pulled it out hard and threw it away! Thank goodness I did not! It is the plug where you fill the iron with water to produce steam!!! This needs to be stated on the instructions. After that everything was fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steam button well placed and steams effectively. Great to be able to retract the cord and get it out of the way. Nice weight, easy to handle. Clothes come out crisp without the need for spray starch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron works great and is exactly what I needed. I use it for day to day ironing, and I use it to steam the wrinkles out of my drapes. The retractable cord is a major plus with this iron. It makes it so much easier to store and put away. The nonstick plate makes the iron glide very smoothly over anything I'm ironing. The plate gets hot enough to iron out any difficult crease or wrinkle. The steam function is adjustable and works very well for any shirts I have hanging up and to freshen up and release the wrinkles from my drapes. I do recommend this iron, it has many good features, it works great, and is very easy to store.

This is truly an all in one purchase that is a must for those who need to steam something in a pinch or have time to iron. And my son even used it since it was so simple.

perfect weight and size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Arthritis and this iron is a perfect weight and has a very comfortable handle to use so my hands don't cramp up. Works well dry or with steam. Plus its cord fits in the handle for storage aa excellent design feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this iron from Hamilton Beach at no charge to review. I do a lot of quilting and a good iron is essential. This iron has spray and steam, and has a good weight. I can't believe the "balance" either. It's easy to use and doesn't make my hand tired. The only thing I have any concern with is the white lettering on the grey heat wheel. My old eyes have trouble with white on light.
But the best part is the retractable cord! I can't say enough about how much I love this function. This is an excellent iron and maybe my husband's shirts will get ironed now!
