good printer but does NOT have a "Fast Print" setting - wastes ink- good for Canon, but not for me. Will never buy another printer without a "Fast Print, B &W or Color" setting.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money on anything else besides this printer. It's slow. It's often impossible to connect to the wifi. I have to have the printer almost right next to the wireless modem. It is not convenient and it is not easy. Handwrite everything before you buy this.

No Problems

Had this printer about a year or two and had no problem setting it up or printing or faxing. Through it prints a little slow and the print cartridges are a little expensive in my opinion. It and ok printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been having trouble with paper jamming for some time now. Now its printing completely blurred (probably from pulling out jammed paper so much). I wish I had read the reviews before.

Canons' Pixma MX472 Multifunction printer is an excellent machine. This printer performs very well and has all the functions I need.
I have had no problems with this printer; moreover, it is a great value and well worth a look.
I recommend the Pixma MX472 to friends!

Don't even bother getting a canon printer

This printer is absolutely horrible. I wouldn't have given it a star if I didn't have the option. Takes a terribly long time to complete the simple task of printing.
The printer has ink, but if I try to print something out in black ink, then it will print out a blank sheet of paper. If I print using color ink then the paper comes out in a faded blue shade.
This is a horrible printer. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase it.

Good printer for the price

Printer was very easy to setup and does an acceptable job of printing. For the cost it is a great bargain and does everything that it was meant to do! It is rather slow if you want to duplex, but in a pinch works well.
