Terrible Printer

This awful printer/"scanner" can't even do the second part of its job. It refused to even start scanning, will not connect to my Wifi network, and has just been a headache from day one. You're better off spending your money on a potato than this awful printer

While the machine and I got off to a bumpy start during the setup (which is like pulling teeth for me to do), I really like this product.
Some of the few issues I've encountered involved really simple problems-- like I couldn't get to the ink cartridge to change it. Simple solution-- turn off the machine and start over.
Another involved trying to use the scanner. My old all-in-one allowed me to scan either by pressing the scanner button on the machine, or going through the scanner software on the computer. Since I tended to use the scanner button, I was really perplexed not to find it on the PIXMA. Not a biggee.
Have had the PIXMA for a year now and I would highly recommend it.

WORST PRINTER EVER

I have had this printer since March 2015 and I have had NOTHING but problems ever if you are thinking ab out buying it take my advise and don't . I have called and went through resetting it over 15 times I went through this when you change the ink when the power goes out ect... I gave it one star only because you had to

Too loud

This printer is too loud and is constantly resetting itself. The wifi on it does not work I had to hard wire it to my computer. Good thing I had an extra wire laying around as the printer does not come with one. The toner runs out too quickly and you can't use the black toner without the color toner.

Printer in error state

This product has been nothing but trouble. Printer is in error state most of the time. To print I sometimes have to restart other times this does no good. I don't have time to figure it out. I'm buying another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wi-Fi Unfriendly

This printer is great for what it produces BUT it is very unfriendly with connecting to Wi-Fi enabled products. I will NEVER buy another one!!!!!!!
