Agree, worst purchase ever!!

This printer is garbage. I wish i could find my receipt. I will never purchase a Canon product again. it jams, prints all jacked up. nothing has gone right with this product accept the first 50 pages.

Worst printer I have ever owned

I have never been able to get a clean print. I have spent gobs of money on ink attempting to correct my printer. If there are columns in my document, forget it, it will be an unreadable blur. Not that any documents are legible. It is just documented with columns seem to be the WORST! I WILL BE PURCHASING A DIFFERENT PRINTER AND i WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CANNON PRODUCT AGAIN, FROM PRINTERS TO CAMERAS, NO CANNON PRODUCTS EVER.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just set it up and printed out a document. The set-up was awful, not easy at all to get it connected to the Internet. That alone makes me want to return it.
The print job was fine, what you would expect. I'm more disappointed in the HUGE size of the printer, it doesn't fit well under my desk like my last one did so now I have a lot less legroom...great. Honestly, they couldn't make a more compact product?
Pros: fast print speed
Cons: Difficult Setup, huge body
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow but useful

I have had this going on for 3 years now it is slow when conneting to wifi. But it does everything else fast and have never had one single issue with it.

Didn't work on Chromebook

I purchased this printer specifically for it's Google Cloud Printing capability. After connecting the printer to my wireless network and "registering" this printer to my Google account, I was unable to find the printer under Google Cloud Print settings on Chromebook. After trying every work through I know and searching for help from the Google support and Canon support sites for four hours, I gave up. I took the product back to the store for a full refund because it is not worth this much trouble. I will use the library for my printing, scanning, faxing, and copying needs for now.
