Got this from my dentist for preventing gum issues due to having braces and not being able to floss properly. Felt it was too expensive but bought it for health reasons. Within the next few days I could see a big difference. Now I actually love to brush my teeth even more. And with the timer it allows me to know how long to spend on each side.
This product was actually purchased for another family member but I seem to use it more often. I purchased an extra set of brushes for my own use. I love how clean my mouth feels after brushing. I don't have many of my own teeth left so I would like to do whatever needed to keep them.
This is our 3rd Philips Sonicare tooth brush. When I get my teeth cleaned the hygienist says my teeth have less plaque than any other patient. And I don't floss. Works for me.
Once I got used to this brush, it works well cleaning my teeth. I still hit the power button accidentally as it is so close to where I tend to hold the brush due to the weight balance. When that happens, the three-minute timer has no meaning as I have to start afresh. The brush could be a bit shorter and the on-off switch may be re-located or designed so it won't accidentally be activated.
Pros: efficient brushing
Cons: a bit awkward to hold

Product worked fine for little over a year but then stopped working all together, overly complicated warranty process online prevented me from receiving a new brush
