The best toothbrush on this planet

My dental hygienist advised me to but this toothbrush, so I asked for it for this Christmas. I was told its too expensive and there are other less expensive ones...anyways, I got this one eventually and was very pleased to find out my teeth were whiter after just a week of use. More than that, cleaning my teeth became more funny routine than unpleasant part of the day and the timer makes it very easy to clean every part of the mouth equally. Very happy to have this product and would recommend it.

I was hesitant to purchase a sonicare toothbrush for a long time, thinking I could do just as good a job with a standard toothbrush. After my last dental cleaning, my hygienist advised I purchase a sonicare since I wasn't quite doing a great job with my back gums and teeth. I am a very motivated tooth and gum cleaner, so I've had issues with my gums receding. My hygienist convinced me to give the Sonicare a try. I am so glad I did. Very easy to use, NO MORE BRUSHING my gums...the vibration does all the work. Love this product. I continue to floss once daily and use my new Sonicare!
Pros: no more brushing on my gums!

Good toothebrush till it fails to operate!

This is the second toothebrush I have bought and, yet again, it happened to my last brush which I had had for only a few months, the brush refuses to charge up. It has lasted 3 years but, for the price paid, I am disappointed that it has broken down. I have just purchased another one, Philips again, and hope it will last a bit longer!!

First of all I must say that the Philips customer service is the best I have ever used. My toothbrush broke and they replaced it, also the charger broke and they replaced it. Now that it is working I love it. You are saving your teeth by using this brush.
Pros: deep cleaning, fabulous customer service
Cons: broke down but rapidly replaced by philips

1. It lacks a timer. A one minute and two mintue time would make it vary good

I LOVE my Philips toothbrush! My teeth have never felt so clean! My dentist had been recommending that I get one for several years, but I resisted. I didn't think I needed some fancy electric toothbrush. Plus, my bathroom is small with an inconveniently located plug. I didn't think it would be easy to figure out where to store it. I am so glad that I finally broke down and bought one! It doesn't take up much space, and it stays charged for a long time. And the travel case has come in very handy. I love it so much I want to take it with me!

Stopped working after less than 2 years of use

The brush provides an excellent cleaning but it stopped working after less than 2 years. For this price the brush should last much longer. This is the second device I've had to replace in 3 years. Will be trying the competitor to see if I can get more than a combined three years of use out of their product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
