[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air purifier is just the right size for my small room. I have researched the differences between true hepa and hepa type filters. I'm glad I got a true hepa for such a low price. The highest setting could be really loud, but the 2nd setting is perfect. No complaints.

this is my second one and now they both have True hepa filters...with my severe allergies I have one in my bedroom and one in my exercise room, both rooms about the same size, small

I've had this little air purifier for about a year now, and have been quite happy with it. It's a little work horse. I bought it to help remove smoke from my apartment during the bad wild fires here in California, it does help. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I wish it moved more air through it on its lowest (quietest) setting and that its highest setting it wasn't so noisy. I like to keep it running at night while I sleep, but it doesn't do much on it's lowest setting. Keeping it at medium is fine if it not near the bed, but high it way to noisey to have it in the same room as you while trying to sleep. Daytime it really doesn't matter I usually keep it on high or medium and it doesn't bug me.I have kept it running up to 48 hours without issue. Also the Holmes brand replacement air filters cost an arm and a leg. Though there are some off brand filters that you can get that work well.
