I bought this gas stove 4months ago. It bakes very evenly. Temperature of oven is right-on-the-mark. It's wonderful to cook on gas burners with instant on and off heat. My one complaint is how difficult it is to clean the stove top. The grates are large, heavy and cumbersome. The individual gas covers need to be soaked to get any oil residue off. Since the oven controls re digital with a clear plastic cover .... It will probably crack from being used if you bake regularly.
