Poorly designed product

Very disappointed with this product. The slide switch, with 2 temperature settings, stopped working within the first 6 months of use so I had to manually unplug the product to turn it off. Also, the attachment(s) would get so hot that you were unable to switch them during the drying process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this hot air brush a couple of months ago. I found that the small brush which is the size I need right now, tangles in my hair because the hard bristles are too long; and the machine must be used on high to dry adequately, but that level is very noisy. Now I do not use a brush. I only use the handle portion to dry my hair overall before applying a hot comb to straighten. I would rather be able to use an air brush for the whole process because the heat is gentler.
