Blue ray player - Awesome

This Blue ray player is good and able to see netflix, youtube , screen mirroing are good. It's working fine. Only thing is IE or Chrome is missing - this will help us to browse and see my e-mails.
My kids are enjoying seeing the Netflix with out connecting to Laptop.
Screen mirroing help us to see the photos / running videos from my smart phone.
Overall I am impressed with BD-H5900 smart player.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, screen mirroing too good, you tube is good, easy configuration
Cons: you tube search become difficult, chrome or ie not exists
I would recommend this to a friend!

No web Browser, few apps, poor response to remote, slow menuing, slow internet

We own multiple samsung products including 2 F5900 blu rays, 2 55-inch tvs, galaxy tabs, dvds, etc.
We were very excited to get the 'new' H5900, assuming it would be a newer version of the F5900s we have. We are terribly disappointed that the H5900 has no web browser capability, many fewer apps, does not even 'see' our 5Ghz wifi (and the F5900s we had very near to the H5900 did), has poorer internet performance, slow response to the remote, and slow menuing. We are very disappointed and inconvenienced to have to return this product as inferior to the older samsung f5900s we already have. This was a gift for our daughter and now we are back to drawing board to get a similar feature set to our older models and feel like we need to explore other brands when we did not ever plan to.

Super easy setup!!!

Bought this unit to go with my new Samsung Smart TV. The setup was super easy, it almost did it by itself. The hardest part was getting the password off my wireless network. Picture was super. I would definitely recommend this unit to my friends and everyone else.

The Best DVD player ever

This is the best DVD player I've ever had. My mother had connected her Samsung DVD player to my TV and the overall experience was amazing, I had to have one. She ended up buying me this one for Christmas, so she could have hers back. I love the features and mine is smaller than her older one but the quality is the same, perfect!!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, has all the features you need

Great product. Purchased based on reviews and fact it has external buttons (some other brands do not). Good features. Wish buttons lit up or were more visible. Good read speed.

Great player! The only fault I can find in this player is the screen mirror feature and the inability to download certain apps.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

The only negative thing I can say about this player is that I wished the "buttons" on the device lit up. I KNOW you can of course use the remote but when close to the player and you are able to use your hand the "buttons" are difficult to see. Other than that .... I LOVE IT! Very light weight. Nice sleek design. Easy to use. Excellent price!
Pros: Inexpensive
