I love to cook and bake, but until I purchased the KA food Processor I didn't know how many new options would open up to me to make my life easier and my food look so nice. I love the Multipurpose blade and mini bowl for doing up my salsa when company comes, and now chopping up large amounts of nuts is a breeze for my holiday cookies and cakes. I love that now I can neatly shred or slice my vegetables, even julienne for the fancy occasions. I can grate my hard aged cheeses like my Parmigiano Reggiano and Aged Asiago. I set this right beside my KitchenAid 5 Qt. Artisan Standmixer. To me, KitchenAid, is quality, KitchenAid is Art to be shown off and used and enjoyed. I love my purchases,

I bought this processor months ago. at first I was overwhelmed by it's size. Now, I use it like a new toy. This summer I have canned three runs of tomatoe soup (21 quarts) and plan to can another. At 70, it's my new BF.

Well made machine. The thickness adjustment is disappointing. If you apply pressure to whatever you are slicing the slices get thicker.

Skeptical at first!

I received this processor as a Christmas present and was skeptical at first about it's usefulness, especially considering the size. Up to this time I had been using a Presto Mini-Max which is no longer made. I have now used it for making dough, slicing, shredding and general food processor duties. The adjustable thickness for slicing has worked quite well and we use it often. The different size feed tubes are quite handy and easy to adjust. Made coleslaw and the large bowl handled the entire job. It is a great addition to our kitchen and we are still trying new things with it.
