I bought it to make some dill pickles. The vinegar mixture ruined it. Only used it once and it bad.
Cons: pitted after one use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE this pan!

This is probably my most used pan in my kitchen. Just cut up some veggies, steam them, pop some rice noodles in the water when the veggies are done. Voila, a great, healthy mean in no time. Plus clean up is really easy.
Pros: Makes one-pot dinners easy, Versatile

If you have the collapsible steamer, toss it and get this. It's so easy to clean (So deep you can make an artichoke.), and if you get the one with the glass top even better!
