My family enjoys crepes and small corn tortillas. I bought it for this purpose, but I'm finding so many more uses. These pans heat up quickly and evenly and they are beautiful. Makes cooking a pleasure.

Perfect and Truly 100 percent non-stick

Why would you discontinue this perfect skillet - I've purchased it three times in the past and each time its performance was stellar. Not so fond to the new versions - regardless of what the ad says, every ceramic clad or other non stick material that cuisinart is now using is junk compared to the Model 722-20ns. I will continue looking everywhere I can to find that model again.
