I have had my pan about 2 years and i love it but it seems the finish in the center is like its burnt but its not, its more worn out.still cooks great but the center looks bad.I only clean it with a sponge and soap.

I bought this skillet two years ago. I use it at least 5 times a week on the burner and in the oven. It is the perfect size and weight for every day use. It has some hairline cracks in the nonstick coating but still cooks and cleans like new.

Cuisinart never let's me down. Having enjoyed flawless service with a toaster for many years, I was not at all surprised that my new skillet was equally exceptional. After passing the scrambled egg test - absolutely no sticking and easy to clean - I knew I'd found the perfect pan. It heats quickly, has just the right heft, maintains it's sparkle with minimal washing, and even works as well as a wok for stir frying.
