Hello. I had inadvertently ordered this Chef's Classic Skillet vice a current set matching Professional Series replacement skillet and find it not quite as good. The Classic's different bottom is now induction ready but does not heat the same as the Professional Series. I will be sure to order the Professional Series in the future. Thanx.

Love this skillet. Heat is very evenly distributed, so everything, most especially my breakfast eggs, is cooked to perfection. Cleanup is a breeze...just wipe out with a paper towel...NOTHING sticks. Very highly recommend.
