Amazing Machine

I have had this machine about 6 wks now. It never ceases to amaze me. When I first got it I stared at it for about half the wash cycle trying to figure out how this thing cleans as it appears there is no water going into it......I could hear the water but I could not see the water sloshing around. Because the machine automatically weighs each load (depending on setting) it is able to determine the amount of water needed for each load, never using too much, just enough. How ever it does it, it definitely does clean the clothes. The steam and sanitizing cycles are great for bedding, towels, etc. I LOVE my washer!

The best dryer I have ever owned

I absolutely love this dryer. I love the steam & sanitary features. I love the sensors and how my clothes always come out wrinkle free & completely dry. The large capacity drum holds a lot of clothes and makes wash day a lot less time consuming. Great technology.

Nice upgrade from previous dryer

Still trying to get used to all of the features, but overall I think this is a very good dryer. I like the steam settings but wish there was more of a wrinkle release setting like my previous dryer had. Maybe there is and I just haven't figured it out yet. Sound when done could be a little louder as I can't always hear it when I am upstairs (dryer in basement).

Dries clothes quickly

Items dry quickly. Love the chimes (instead of an irritating buzzer) at the end of the cycle. We do have an annoying thumping at the start of a cycle--will have to call for service.

Easy on clothes -- and on the user

Easy to operate, clothes dry quickly, and based on so little lint in the filter, it seems very gentle on clothes. Using the cycle appropriate to the clothes does make a difference (not so with my prior, high-end dryer) and I'm doing a lot less touch-up ironing.
The rack is a bit bulky and I wish the permanent-press cycle had periodic tumble after the clothes are dry but these are smal issues.
