I do not understand why you asked me for a Zip Code for a W-2 form for which I retired from the U S Army and is not directly working now for it like the U S Military Retirement Pay Branch at London, Ky. I put their Zip Code there just to satisfy you or am I miss the boat?

it was really easy to file. very straightforward. I have used turbotax for years....
only problem was schedule d forms not available.
I also had issues because I did not have windows xp sp3 - also had issues with a virus, but took it to STAPLES and they cleaned virus and isntalled xp sp3.

Great SW. A few slight things

Turbo Tax continues to be a great product. I input a suggestion that they should enable viewing of detailed previous year info in case I forgot how my in-laws forgot how they answered things like RMD on an IRA last year.
Sometimes I would get script errors... I believe during "community" answers to questions. moving to a different entry page/closing the sub-window usually got rid of it as did restarting Turbo Tax.
It was a little frustrating that there was no help on specific entry pages and the "help" at the top just took you to the section of Turbo Tax. The "Community" assistance was the only form of help and there tended to sometimes be very many entries on some things.... some of which were not helpful (though it seemed that TT had folks answering some questions for folks). I ended up going to BING or Google to find some answers... first time in years I had to go outside of Turbo Tax for nuance issues. (vs wading through a few thousand community entries on some common subjects... but many of which had nuances which didn't apply to my situation.)
My system is a Windows 7 64 bit PC.
