had a little trouble with finding unemployment tax deduction becaus with the basic version when u imput amount received it did not ask for fed tax pd.

I've been using Turbotax for more years than I can remember. It has gotten progressively better every year. I love the choice to either use Easyguide or explore on my own. Keep up the good work! Another satisfied customer, Rowbear

not what it used to be

Been using TTAX for over 12 years. In the early years used to be streamlined and easy. Over the years it's gotten bloated, SLOW, oddly imperfect when you ask to be taken to a specific area (try adding an asset ...), oddly imperfect if you are in FORMS mode on a particular field, and ask to go back to step-by-step mode - it used to bring you right back to the interview for that form item, now it takes you to the beginning of the entire SECTION (income, expense, deductions, etc.) Oh - did I mention SLOW? It's really bogged itself down with selling you extra stuff, upgrading to unneeded products, tax advice, etc. Plus it even jokes with you while launching..."I know... it's taking a while, but really it'll be launched soon". What??? It took 8 minutes to launch the first time while it gathered its thoughts. Do my taxes - don't gather your thoughts. I will probably give others (HR Block, Tax Act) a try next year.
