TurboTax worked great for me! Process was painless and easy. No jibberish you can't understand, just plain everyday language is used! Will never pay another tax service to do my taxes again!

Software is great, Pricing is despicable!

I've been using TT for years and it's gotten progressively more expensive. There is no inexpensive option anymore, even for people with minimal complications. The base product should offer a single federal and state return. There should be no $40 add-on to complete. When I first started using turbo-tax I paid around $30 to do the whole deal..

constant requests for upgrade

I don't like the constant requests to upgrade turbotax. I bought the version I need. Stop trying to sell me stuff. It's annoying & distracting. Your questions below are also intrusive and unnecessary; none of your business.
