not very good and confusing

transmitting was a problem and troubleshooting not good. hard to review individual items. added in something from somewhere else and i couldn't figure out where it was coming from. didn't account easily for unemployment taxes already being taken out.

I've been using TurboTax for quite a few years and I never have any complaints. I feel like I've explored every possible deduction and that my taxes have been prepared accurately and honestly.

I think this year, unlike years past, you SUCK. I got all done and it ask me stuff that didn't apply and then you needed to ?update ??? the file so I couldn't file til today. I have a hard time with that since I paid for it yesterday so it should have been complele yesterday and not today. And for it to be a simple return, it took way too long to complete. Will NOT buy it next year.
