Solid and familiar but not great

Overall good easy to use s/w. A little annoying having to scroll down all the time to get to the continue button. Also if you revisit a topic you have to work your way back to where you went back from. It would be nice if it knew the last topic completed and you could jump back there.

Have been using Turbo-tax since it was Pearson. Gets better every year. I like the walk through, question/answer format since I tend to forget deductions when they are not applied for in a logical place on the standard forms.

Great for single income household

Great for young, single income household without major assets (house). I have used TurboTax every year for 14 out of 15 years. The one year that I used a tax preparation service, I was very unhappy with the low level of customer service and the high price. I went back to TurboTax and have been happy ever since.
