Turbo Tax ROCKS

Because I had an S Corp, I had to purchase the corp version and the personal version, making the whole cost similar to what it would have cost me to file this year, basically because it was a start-up and had very little income or expenses. Next year, I'll really know better what receipts to keep, what files to make, etc. It really helped me as a new business owner. As business life gets more complex, I may need more expertise, but if they use Turbo Tax, I'll feel comfortable in talking with professionals now. THANKS!!

Easy and Fast

My tax returns are fairly simple but not the EZ kind. I itemize and occassionally have stock sales. So I don't need to pay some stranger to get into my business. Turbo Tax does my taxes, files my return, and gets me my refund on my schedule. I love it.

Seriously, the "Easy Guide" > was very sweet. I loved the way everything was explained in plain english, not IRS english, I loved the little hints like (not uncommon) and don't worry we will come back to this later. Very nice working with you, it was like sitting down Q and A with a tax preparer that didn't mind if I said, "excuse me my wife is home and I have to make her dinner, I will be back later". I really appreciated being able to take as much time as I needed because I had trouble finding a document. The update download was a little annoying, maybe it was my internet connection but, 2 hours to update the software. I was not sure if I needed to reboot my pc or just let it go. But in the end everything went really well just as you promised. Thank you, Mark
