useful, but frustrating

While I generally like the interview portion, it's irritating to have to go back through the questions every time I sign off then start up again. Why can't it flag where I left off instead? Also, the repeated offers to upgrade--I've already said I'm not interested!
Then, during the review, it said everything was fine, but after I tried to transmit, it came up with two blank car expense reports that it started from last year's return--and no option to simply delete them, but rather I had to go through and remove the pre-filled information--just when I thought I was ready to file.

I am not sure why or if my Windows 7 x64 was the cause of it to stop working or freeze for a minute or two every time I hit continue. Other than that it was nice and easy.

Good, but somewhat decieving

I think TurboTax is a solid product. But, this year I had to file as an RDP under the new CA law. TurboTax suggested that I download the desktop version rather than use the online one. Fine, I accepted that as a disappointment (thus more expensive) but did it. So, that was $69, then to do State another $29. THEN to actually file with the state, another $20. They should explain upfront that you pay $98 more dollars if you are in an RDP. Also, they could reevaluate the term "mock" when referencing the returns we have to file as RDP's.
