Really great service

Absolutely great service. Helped me with everything from beginning to end. Honestly, I thought that it would just walk me through the steps of doing my taxes, but it literally took me all the way. I will use this service next year for sure!

You have lost a customer after 14 years

This created a reject because the numbers on the 5329 didn't match the 1040. (The 1040 was correct). I connected to your online customer service and was #111 in queue when I started. After waiting for 50 minutes, sommeone came on and told me to delete the 5329 and re-enter, which did not good. Then we re--created the entire return which did not fix the problem. I waited 20 minutes and never got another response from her.
Goodbye Turbo Tax. After 14 long years of being a loyal customer you have lost me. You are more concerned about getting your product to the stores first instead of working the bugs out. The indifference of your customer service reps is a joke. If I want to be treated like you treated me, I'll call Comcast.
