Turbo Tax is great. It will guide you through the entire process. All you do if follow the instructions that help navigate you though the entire process.

Great program

Always have trouble printing the calculation pages(eg. if there is a difference between W-s w/holding for SSAN and allowable percentage amount)

Bummer Frustrated

I have used TT "forever" and been pleased in the past. This year was unusual admittedly, in that my taxable income was ZERO. I also deserved a significant refund, because of letting the Fed keep some of last year's refund... expecting I would owe at least some tax in 2011. But when I got to the page that recommended I E-file,TT was not smart enough to recognize that I would NOT be allowed to E-file.... ;-(
Subsequently, TT found a need to ask for more info... and actually did not ask for anything... just told me I could not E-file because i wanted my refund... which anything of a refund would be greater than zero taxable income. BUMMER. Now I have to print everything, send it in, and WAIT. the WAIT may be a Fed issue, but the wrong directions were TT.

Awesome Tax Software!

I have been using TurboTax for the past 4 years and it seems every year it gets better. It is so simple to use that there is no need to go pay an accountant your hard earned cash to do something that TurboTax will enable you to do yourself. Keep up the awesome work TurboTax, thanks for the help and see you next year! : )
