Easy setup and update. Readily imported information from last year's return. The entire experience was extremely satisfactory. It did exactly what it said it would do. Highly recommended.

2011 Taxes

I had a problem with long term stock sales. I spent a day trying to find support, a phone number, anything. If you are purposely going to hide from the public then let us know so that we can use a more friendly service. Someone that will talk to you when you have a problem. I have used you since 1999 but I don't mind switching at all if you don't want to talk or at least listen to your clients. You know, your money income source..
