Gets Easier Every Year!

This is probably the year where I spent the least amount of time preparing my taxes using TurboTax. The GPS like methodology TT adopted makes it simple to navigate through the tool. I felt very confident that I entered all the information required. Also, I used the help links to determine if I qualified for an "energy" credit and it was easy to find the answers.
I'm glad I did not go with a different brand I considered for a few seconds at the store...it was worth the extra bucks!

great until time to file

I was so impressed with how fast the process went initially. It took less than an hour to enter all my information and be ready to e-file. However, it took 20 minutes to e-file because of an error on the Turbo Tax page. We could not access the information we needed in order to file.

Turbo Tax really helped us out. It was so much simpler, not to mention cheaper, to fill our taxes out with it! The only con I had with it was filling out the college information part. I got a wee bit confused when attempting to put my information in, and what Turbo Tax was asking, but I finally understood and finished filling them out. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to any one, especially people who are doing their taxes for the first time, or need a little extra patience when doing so.
