I've used turbo tax or the past 4 years and i'll keep using it because its so easy to file my taxes. There's even live help if you need it and you can talk to other real people and discuss questions you may have.

TurboTax has got it right! I files the wrong PIN and they helped me refile. TurboTax helped me relax.

I like the turbo tax program. It's simple to use and quick.

Worst software I've ever used, it just kept getting more and more difficult. For some reason it kept saying I owned my own business and would not let me get passed that. I have been charged already for E filing yet I haven't filed a thing because it will not let me get passed this point. Again I have never seen software this bad.

TTax Rocks Again

All the stuff I needed to know and be guided through again this year. I've been using this for 10 years now.....I guess I am biased. However, all the transferring of information from and auto reference back to prior year taxes is invaluable. Speeds me up by double. No re-entering charities, dependents, employer info, etc., etc., etc., it all just transfers in. Cool. (Geez, they should pay me for this kind of feedback!)
