I have been using TurboTax since the pilot program. I am REALLY dissapointed this year because the box stated "1 state product via download", but I was charged 39.95. I could have gone to a tax professional by the time I paid 29.95 for the software and 39.95 for the state, which I thought was free, as in the past. All this not to mention the hassle of the state rebate. Hope I get the 19.95 back! I will really think hard before I purchase your product again.

Easy to use

Prior to 2010 return, I used HR Block and am used to being able to review forms for each section before moving on. That is the only down side I found

Couldn't Do Wiothout It

I've used Turbo Tax for the last nine years and have come to depend on it. My return includes ministerial income, self-employed Social Security Tax, capital gains, K-1's, and some other miscellaneous items. Turbo Tax allows me to complete my own return with a minimum of work and fuss.
My only complaint is the constant prompts to upgrade to paid services. I would prefer to have this to be a one time event instead of facing it every time I land on certain pages.

It is easy to use, my 5th or so year of using Turbo Tax. HOWEVER, I usually do a draft and review it. Could not access it this time and them software would not ask for update data from previous versions.
