Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for a lot of years. I love that it remembers settings and personal information from the previous year. This year, 2011 version, seems like it was not as intuitive to operate as in previous years. I wonder if Intuit changed the user interface to show evolution rather than out of necessity.

Turbo tax effectively integrated all the data provided into a complete return inlcuding working through all the numerous required attachments.

a 12 hour nightmare

This is the first and probably the last time I will be using Turbo Tax. I called the first time at approximately 10am. The last called was at 9:30 pm. I spoke with numerous representatives, most had no clue what to do the ones that were helpful would not stay on the line so I had to continue to call back. One named Casandra was so rude I hung up on her and called back to speak to someone else. I do see why they give their first name and not their last so I have no way of reporting their rude behavior or incomplete help. I was so upset that I had to walk away for a short time as I was so stressed from the lack of knowledge of that person on the phone that I got upset with one girl that was polite but could not help. Finally Madeline was the one to be the most help of all the people I spoke with. She stayed on and helped me to finish the process. My husband almost took the taxes to our old tax person but she made me feel comfortable and I submitted them.

Excellent. Easy guided questions. Would prefer a menu button that allows you easy access to the "review" page. I kept having to go back and fourth and finally found it by clicking "explore on your own" would like a better explanation so you can find that page quickly.
