my Return quick as always

This was our last purchase of Turbo Tax. We are VERY unhappy with our purchase of Turbo Tax 2011 Basic. We did not get the state included as we did for many years.

Great software. easy to use.
Only question was just before E- filing it asked for a zipcode and state entry on my w-2 when i did not have a w-2 form.
I stuck MY zip and state in it and it was accepted.
I would really like to know what that was about?

Your program I downloaded is really good and the cds I've purchased in past years have been great. However, I had a real problem with your cd this year which I purchased at Walmart, as usual. Had toexchange it three times and none of them worked. Didn't load, run or anything. My son-in-law is an IT person and verified I had all the necessary program to run it. I finally downloaded your basic program and did manage to get Walmart to refund my money. However, they said they had several other returns that same day. You guys have a problem. We tried to call you - on hold for more than 1/2 hour. We tried your web site to report this problem and found it totally useless. Will think again about using Turbotax in the future.

carryover worksheet line 23, unable to understand what they want. Entered zero (0.00) which was accepted.
Still don't know why the program did NOT calculate this entry.
