IT TOLD ME THERE WERE ERRORS WHEN I TRIED TO E-FILE . TRIED TO GO BACK TO FIX AND IT SAID EVERYTHING WAS READY TO E-FILE , THEN TRIED TO FILE AND SAID ERRORS, AND ALSO I READ THE BOX AND IT SAID STATE WAS INCLUDED AND I HAD TO PAY FOR STATE WITH A CARD WHICH IS NOT SAFE ONLINE.

I think the Kaspersky firewall caused a failure to update, something about WinPerRelease. I uninstalled TT, disabled the firewall, then reinstalled TT. That apparently fixed the problem.
