Surprised fees & unwanted forms

A form 6252 appeared in my return that was not needed. This was a technical issue that was not easily fixed by looking at your help screens.
You have fees come up at the end of the process. I would rather have an upfront fee that covered filing and a state return than the charges at the end.

Turbo Tax Basic

Have been using Turbo Tax Basic for more than 10 years now.. I still use the Guide every time to take me through everything step by step. This may take a little longer, but it makes me feel comfortable that nothing was missed. Even though I do have many mutual fund buys/sales each year, TTax Basic gets me through them just fine. Turbo Tax Basic is a great value.

Installation problems

I have used Turbo for a number of years. This years took the longest to install although I have a faster DSL speed. Prior years took less than ten minutes. This years took 26 minutes with two main hesitations Hung up on initial at 52% for ten minutes with no actvity then jumped to 75% and 100%. Hung up again at 75% on installation for ten minutes and then jumped to 100%. I suspect your servers were overloaded.Two other people I know had the same experience.
