Poor Estimated Tax Payment Info

Every year I waste several sheets of paper and some ink to print out Instructions for filing the next year's estimated taxes, including 4 sheets of quarterly payment vouchers on Form 1040-ES. I always go through the long interview method but never receive feedback as to why I am seeing the estimated tax info. I never have filed estimated taxes, never owe a large amount (actually, usually get a refund) - so it is always confusing to me why I get exposed to this subject every year. And this year I noted that the forms were even pre-filled out with the quarterly amount ($870.00) and I have no clue where that number comes from.
Recommend more explanatory comments in the software regarding who should be filing estimated taxes, and why - and, the ability to de-select the estimated tax forms from the print list.

I've use TurboTax for years and it has always been easy to use.
The only issue is some terms used, but it is likely that is the federal/state tax people using terms that accounts would easily understand (assuming all of us are accountants), and not a fault of Intuit.

Good program

Good tax software- I just wish it would finish a topic and move on to the next without having to scroll to the bottom of the screen. Also, easier to understand terms and explanations would be helpful. I am not an accountant, nor do I play one on TV.
