I think they charged me for the software in Oct or Nov 2011 for the 2012 tax season. But the time I needed it, I had nearly forgotten the sale, passwords, etc.

Great tax package. I would like to see an easier navigation method when resuming work on an in progress return. I would like to go back to the screen where I left off. I keep answering the same questions again and again the way it works now.

I've been using TurboTax for many years now, and love the way it has evolved. Taxes made easy seems like a contradiction in terms but TurboTax has done it. Honestly, I couldn't do my taxes without it.

When we completed my spouses 1099-R the next screen did not contain a box to indicate that her 1099-R info was complete. The following screen did give the correct info however.

Can't quite put my finger on "it", but you have moved the dial on prep ease. Loved the layout of pages, the blue highlights. The navigation to flip back and forth between form and interview was perfect. Fault - interview for schedule C was not intuitive. I didn't want to flip through all those interview pages just to add one expense I'd forgotten. (2) I volunteer for IRS's VITA. Their software is so kludgy compared to TT. (VITA = low-income free tax prep)
