It's easy to do your own taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2006 and have been satisified ever since. I initially wasn't sure if the calculations were accurate until I visited my local H&R Block. I came in and was seen after about 45mins and was told my refund amount. It was the exact same amount that was on my computer at home! (I had just finished it 45 mins earlier) The tax preparer asked me if I was ready to file and i asked her how much it was going to cost. She then told me that it would be $200 to file and receive my refund in 7-10 days. I was only paying about $30 to purchase the Turbo Tax software and e-file it myself! I politely told her that I didn't feel comfortable paying that amount of money and that I would think about it. I drove straight home and e-filed my return! I've been a loyal customer ever since! Thank you Turbo tax! Oh and by the way, i had a few tax questions I needed answered a couple of days ago and there was a very nice, patient and professional CPA on the help/chat line named David. I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to him for his help & assistance. God Bless!

Social Security Retirement Benefits Calculations

did not think that part of the return that concerned Social Security Retirement benefits was clear. I am not s ure that Turbo Tax calculated properly. It computed that my benefits were taxable.

Remember when taxes were hard

Not only is this the easiest tax software there is, it's the easiest software to use period. As a single filer, it took me about 20 minutes to finish from beginning to end, including signing up for the TurboTax direct deposit card in stride. Worked for me last year, worked this year, and next year probably the same.
