Appreciated the easy navigation whether manually or Guided.
In addition, being able to work in stages and resume where you left off.

DISC WOULD NOT LOAD/ WAS ON HELP PHONE FOR 85 MINS---NO HELP-- GAVE UP--SPENT 120 MORE MINS TO FINALLY GET ON.
PROGRAM DEMANDED ANSWER TO IRA WITHDRAWAL PREV YEAR THAT i NEVER MADE!
WAS TOLD REVISED TURBO TAX WOULD NOT WORK ON OLDER WINDOWS (i HAVE xp VERSION)
USED TURBO FOR 6 YEARS W NO PROBLEM ??????

Every chance you get you tempt the unexpecting person to select things that cost too much money. $40 more for a state return then $20 more to file - ARE YOU KIDDING! That's more than I paid for the software itself. NO!!!!

Turbo Tax Simplifies Taxes

Turbo Tax is simple to use and continues to improve over the past few years. Forms and questions get to the point simply and correctly, easy to use. One area I needed some help with was, can we deduct health insurance for retired Texas teachers? Thank you Turbo Tax people for making tax time easier......

When you are a new user... where on the box does it say this software is only good for the year you bought it? So someone dosen't use there last years software and waist time, money and a pound of now scrap paper wnen printed just to find out ... you have to buy a new one every year. And when you go to Best Buy to buy it and they don't have the DELUX box, and bate and switch you to buy the one you don't want. Like I just did... I think you suck right now. And so does Best Buy. Don't think I will buy it there next year like I did for the past 2 years.
