I have been using TurboTax for 11 years now and this was the first time it found a deduction I was not aware of. Overall the product is easy to use and I have never had any issues using it

If you accidentally click on certain boxes, but leave them blank, it triggers a flag that requires them to be filled in. Our Sch C business did not require use of a car. Yet the program kept asking me to enter mileage and other information before it would allow me to efile the return. I finally had to enter a small number just to get past the error flags and file the return. There needs to be an override feature that states your intention to bypass a certain entry.

The Step-by-step Q&A section has improved over the years. It is a bit annoying that the continue/next button is different on many screens. Sometimes it’s a “no” radio button. Sometimes it’s a checkbox, sometimes it’s a No button. Try to be a little consistent.
The repeated ads to purchase upgrades are VERY annoying, to the point that I may quit using your product. It has gotten worse each year. Not printing the supporting details is a problem, but your web site acknowledges it as a known bug. This has worked for years. How could you manage to break it now.

Too many charges along the way!
Had to re-enter information several times as the info was apparently lost, perhaps when updates were installed.

I traded my car this year for a newer kind and all of sudden I'm seeing entries for like kind exchange of property. I used these cars for my wifes rental property. The figures I saw were astronomical monies depreciation and new basis. Software wouldn't let me put my numbers in so I went with the software. Probably created by much younger brighter mind than me. I hope the IRS understands.
