Thx to TurboTax, now I will be audited!

Once you've used TurboTax for one year, the following years, you can carry personal information forward. This sounds good, but it doesn't carry ALL the information forward! For example, it does NOT carry forward the part where a person can be claimed on another person's tax return. It simply does not check ANY box, even the "None of the above", and it does NOT warn you that NO box has been checked in this area. I assumed it would carry forward that information, and if it didn't, it would at least warn me in the error check that no box was checked in this section, and now, when I filed my children's tax returns, they were filed as if they were NOT dependants! Then when I filed MINE, it was rejected because I claimed those children as dependants, but they claimed themselves. I had to file 1040X amended returns for the kids returns, then file mine, all by mail. Now, unless the IRS processes all 4 children's amended returns BEFORE they do the cross-checking (unlikely, to say the least!), my return will be rejected because the dependants are already claimed, and this is an AUTOMATIC AUDIT!!! Thanks, TurboTax, for guaranteeing that I WILL be audited for this tax year!
