Worst Tax Experience Ever

I'm getting a message that says my review contains inappropriate language. Nothing could be farther front truth. I spend 20 minutes providing detailed feedback (containing no bad language what so ever) that spoke to all my frustrations and experiences.
This is yet another example of the arrogant disregard Intuit shows towards those of us so stupid that we bought their software. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY OR RECOMMEND TURBOTAX.

My Experience

I have used TurboTax for the past 14 years and have found the EasyGuide method to be very helpful. I have always used this method and have never ventured off by myself to do my returns. That would be like reinventing the wheel when someone has already perfected it. I figure the experts at TurboTax know the latest laws and forms and keep my program up to date. Thank you TurboTax

Great Software

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is the best. Transfers all info to the current year from last year. Keeps track of carry over items.

Fix the duplex printing

Everything was great until I tried to print my return on a printer with a duplex print mode selected. The problem was that the even numbered pages were printed upside down! The only solution was to print in simplex, which wasted a lot of paper (I had 80 pages to print).
For your information, the printer that was used was HP LaserJet P2050 Series PCL6. From your page I selected the printer duplex mode by opening printer Properties.
